About Pemy

A decade of engineering quality outcomes for product teams.

Pemy was founded by Kennedy Wesley Isiaho, who has spent over ten years designing test systems, building automation infrastructure, and shipping production software for product teams across Kenya, Switzerland, and Germany. The practice combines hands-on engineering with the strategic work needed to make quality a team-wide capability, not a single person's job.

We are most effective where quality is under-invested: teams that ship fast but pay for it in regressions, test suites that are slow and ignored, or codebases where QA still means a bottleneck before release. We assess the system and build the infrastructure and culture to change that.

Alongside consulting work, we build our own software: AI-powered platforms, developer tools, and operational products, each one held to the same engineering standard we apply for clients.
